Our Reconciliation Action Plan services seek to build and, encourage relationships with Aboriginal peoples that have long-term social benefits, and promote and improve the wellbeing of Australia’s First Peoples.
A Reconciliation Action Plan is an organisation’s commitment to a course of action to improve opportunities for Aboriginal people, and Tiiamanno Consultants aim to provide support and direction to follow new possibilities and pathways. RAP’s are based around cultural understanding, relationships, respect, and opportunities and Tiiamanno Consultants can assist in the inclusion of employment targets, Indigenous Cultural Awareness training, the use of appropriate cultural protocols, staff events, and taking an active role in Aboriginal celebrations such as NAIDOC Week, Reconciliation Week, Sorry Day or Mabo Day. A Reconciliation Action Plan is unique to each organisation and helps employers and employees play a meaningful role in improving the lives of Aboriginal peoples.
